Goals
The organization is focusing on 4 priorities for the 2010 strategy.
1. Increase Board of Director Members: We are currently seeking 10 new board members that are dedicated to helping Donation Store succeed. The board meets quarterly and committees meet monthly or as needed. If you are interested on serving on the board or would like more informaiton please email us at contact@donationstore.org
2. Increase Donation Supporter Members: We have trimmed expenses this year, but to expand and pay for variable costs associated with transactions we are seeking individuals willing to setup monthly $10 contributions to help finance operations of Donation Store. Automatic deduction is available. 3. Increase Communication: We plan to roll out a communication plan for all stakeholders in the coming month, including a monthly enewsletter,social networking, press releases, and more.
4. Increase Product Offering: Last, but certainly not least we wish to increase the product offerings. We have expanded to two schools for our successful annual backpack & School supply campaign, but we feel we can do more. We would like to increase the number of successful product campaigns, as well as expand the backpack and school supplies campaign next year.
